THE KITCHEN GARDEN
In the heart of the Yvelines, entirely organic and enriched with compost from our restaurants, our garden produces the aromatic herbs, some fruits, and some vegetables featured on our menu. Tended in turn by our team members, it helps reconnect them with the ingredients and serves as a source of inspiration.
Each year, it allows us to harvest around a hundred kilos of figs, plums, grapes, edible flowers, aromatic herbs…
